Lin B. Corsey is a Senior Project Manager responsible for delivering projects in the Greater Philadelphia market. Lin focuses on managing development and tenant improvement from inception to completion inclusive of strategic planning, scheduling, contract negotiations, budget development, construction oversight, cost containment, and occupancy coordination.
Lin has extensive experience managing high-end interior projects, museum, educational, cultural, pharmaceutical and commercial. He concentrates on up-front strategic planning with his clients and working to prioritize their needs while bringing projects together on schedule and under budget. Lin prides himself on his ability to bring disparate parties together and create seamless project teams.
Prior to starting at CBRE Lin most recently worked for a national owner’s representative firm where he was a senior project manager responsible for taking projects form pre-construction through occupancy and close-out. One of Lin’s most recent projects was the management of Please Touch Museum in Philadelphia, PA. The combined 20,000 SF renovation of the brass metal cladding and wired glass dome including repainting of the dome with recommendations and approvals by Philadelphia Parks and Recreation and Historical Society of Pennsylvania. Lin grew up in an engineering family and has been involved in engineering and construction all his life. He has a Bachelor’s of Science in Civil Engineering and a Master of Science in Engineering Management. He also has 15 years as a voluntary fire fighter, which aids in understanding on the job safety, and identifying code issues in design phase of documents.
