Linda Alequin joined CBRE, Inc. in 2010 specializing in marketing operations for several leasing and land sales teams. Since then, she has been promoted several times leading to her current position as Transaction Manager for CBRE Houston’s Land and Retail Brokerage Team and the Client Services Manager for the Shell Account in North America.
Prior to her current position, she also held other positions at CBRE, most recently with CBRE’s Retail Advisory and Transaction Services Team in Houston, Texas and worked directly with project leasing, land sales, and industrial teams. She has extensive experience specializing in facilitating transactions to accomplish landlord and tenant objectives. Linda focused on representing national and local landlords with a team portfolio of over two million square feet. She was also a member of CBRE's Capital Markets Group where she was responsible for orchestrating all marketing, business development, and client services operations, performing market research, mapping, graphic design, web marketing campaigns, and maintaining the team’s portfolio.
She excels at creative problem solving, maximizing value, and establishing logical business priorities. Her organizational skills are instrumental in managing the time sensitive responsibilities associated with overall client service and special projects.
Linda also gained significant experience in project leasing by pursuing lead tenants for other regional real estate companies. This prior experience is invaluable in her role managing the team's existing portfolios and new business pursuits.
Linda holds a real estate salesperson license in the State of Texas since 2016.
