Linda Gonzales is with CBRE’s Advisory and Transaction Services, specializing in commercial real estate properties throughout Southern Nevada. Linda has an exceptional track record, with over twenty-five years of commercial real estate experience representing notable clients and companies spanning from small businesses to large corporations in Southern Nevada.
Linda understands the importance of being active in the business community and is a member of the Southern Nevada NAIOP Chapter, where she serves on the Social Events and Community Service Committees. Linda puts a strong emphasis on continued education and is always pursuing opportunities to sharpen her skills. She has been awarded scholarships for the coveted UNLV Lied Institute of Commercial Real Estate, and the CDEP (Cultural Diversity Education Program) through the CCIM Institute of Education. Linda also completed the prestigious inaugural class of NAIOP Southern Nevada’s Developing Leaders Institute where only twenty young professionals were selected to attend, and she completed the Anthony Robbins’ business strategy course for Leadership, Negotiations and Self-Development. She has also been nominated for NAIOP’s Office Broker of the Year award for 2021 & 2022.
Linda enjoys being active and was the Ambassador for the Lululemon Run Club in Summerlin, a member of the Las Vegas Track Club, and has run many halfmarathons. She also enjoys spending time giving back to the community and is an active volunteer at The Shade Tree, Helping Hands, Street Teens, Nevada SPCA, the Make a Wish Foundation, and Catholic Charities.
