Linda Ingirghoolian is the Debt & Structured Finance Manager in the Greater Los Angeles Multifamily Debt & Structured Finance team in the West Los Angeles & Newport Beach Offices. With over a decade and a half of operational strategy, her unique skillset parallels the team’s commitment to excellence and service. As the former Senior Operations Manager for Downtown and West Los Angeles, Linda collaborated with hundreds of personnel to assess, execute, and review industry processes and protocol.
In her current role, Linda works closely with Troy Tegeler, Trevor Breaux, and Ryan Greer, and the rest of the DSF professionals on this high-performing team, focusing on various initiatives that include developing and implementing strategic priorities for the team.
Empowered by her 17 years of experience developed at CBRE, Linda's expertise in operational distinction is a compelling asset to the team, further strengthening the foundation for successful business outcomes.
