Linda Lindman

Linda Lindman is Assistant General Counsel for the New York Tri-State Region and is a Senior Vice President of CBRE.  She is responsible for representing senior personnel and management on their transactional matters and advises the Company on a variety of legal issues.  Linda also represents CBRE on its largest leases, including the headquarters locations in New York City, Dallas and Los Angeles.  Linda regularly negotiates with major real estate players in New York and negotiated standard agreements with eight of New York’s largest landlords.  Linda creates and holds training sessions to educate various business lines, managers, brokers and salespeople on negotiation skills, brokerage law and other topics.  Prior to joining the Company September 2001, Linda was a real estate partner at Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal for 11 years. Before joining Sonnenschein, Linda was an associate for five years with the Wall Street-based law firm Cahill Gordon & Reindel. She received her Juris Doctorate from Harvard Law School and is a summa cum laude graduate of the University of Pennsylvania.
