Lindsay DeSero is an Associate Transaction Manager based in New York, where she supports clients in navigating complex real estate transactions and portfolio strategies. Since joining CBRE in 2022, she has gained experience across a range of account-driven initiatives, contributing to strategic real estate solutions for clients including WTW and Unilever.

She collaborates closely with internal teams and key stakeholders to coordinate lease transactions, manage project timelines, and ensure seamless execution across multi-market assignments, including both domestic and international portfolios. Lindsay is actively involved in financial modeling and lease analysis, supporting the evaluation of deal structures and enabling informed, strategic decision-making.
