Lindsay Reid

Lindsay specializes in medical outpatient and healthcare leasing, enhancing an already successful team led by Cody Chiarella. A native Angeleno, she combines the perspective of a lifelong resident with deep knowledge of local submarkets to deliver strategic, market-informed guidance. Her work centers on occupier representation, while also supporting agency leasing.

Before joining CBRE, Lindsay spent more than 15 years in interior design, where she developed a deep understanding of how space planning affects functionality and experience. Combined with a strong background in business, she now leverages that expertise to evaluate properties through both strategic and operational lenses, identifying opportunities and clearly communicating their potential to occupiers and landlords.

Lindsay values relationships above all, delivering organized and attentive service with a client-first mentality. With each transaction, she is driven to provide a seamless process that exceeds expectations and fosters lasting relationships.

Lindsay holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Southern Methodist University and completed the UCLA Interior Design and Architecture Graduate Program. She lives in Pasadena with her family and remains active in the community through the National Charity League and as a youth soccer coach with AYSO.
