Lindy Beyer

Lindy has nearly twenty years of experience in commercial real estate. She started her career in the office sector in Phoenix, Arizona in 2006. After relocating back to Kansas City in 2011 she served at KeyBank Real Estate Services, before joining the CBRE retail team in 2013. In 2016 Lindy moved to a local boutique retail firm where she both represented tenants in the marketplace as well as project leasing prior to rejoining CBRE in 2024.

In her tenure, she has played a pivotal role in the sale and leasing of a portfolio of iconic properties, representing notable clients and several local family owned shopping center portfolios and rolling out new to the market concepts. Lindy has been involved in the leasing and repositioning of several shopping centers while undergoing full redevelopments. Her wealth of experience and financial acumen enable her to provide clients with market expertise and innovative strategies to meet their real estate objectives.

• Bachelor degree in Finance and Real Estate from Missouri State University in Springfield, Missouri
