Lisa Araiza

Lisa Araiza joined CBRE in 2022 with the Bill Cooper team as a Client Services Specialist, relocating with this team from the Colliers City of Industry, CA office where she started in 2016.

Lisa brings over nine years of administrative experience, including more than five years of account management experience, to her new role. Prior to joining CBRE, she worked as a Senior Client Services Specialist with Colliers International, where she honed her expertise in managing client relationships and developing sales strategies.

Lisa is responsible for creating materials used to secure new business and service existing clients, including presentations, qualifications packages, survey/tour packages and project reports. Lisa also maintains important database information, performs market research, coordinates transactions, maintains the team’s marketing information and provides overall support for the team.

She strives to creatively resolve any challenge that may arise during the life of a transaction, ultimately ensuring that every step of the process is successful and keeping the team on track to reach their client’s goals.
