Associated Office
Lisa Pocklington currently manages six Class A office buildings for The Regents of the University of California in Torrey Pines, LINK; and in University Towne Centre, ELEMENT. Lisa brings over 10 years of commercial real estate experience in managing client assets with a focus on tenant relationships and delivering exceptional service.
Lisa supervises a team of five while overseeing all aspects of property operations, provides forecast reports, monthly and quarterly financials, prepares annual CAM Reconciliations and stays closely engaged with her vendor contractors. She encourages green practices and sustainability methods in reducing a property’s carbon footprint through lighting retrofits, water use efficiency measures and landscape renovations and is currently managing over $8 million in capital improvements.
Lisa started her career in commercial real estate with Burnham Real Estate as a Market Research Associate supporting brokers with submarket rate analytics, demographics, absorption and trend statistics reports. The company was then formed as Cushman & Wakefield where she became a Lease Administrator gaining perspective on the asset management side which led her to management of several office, industrial and retail assets worth over $687 million in value.
