Liz Lash is a First Vice President (Honorary Title) in the Global Advisory & Transaction Services Group in CBRE’s Midtown Manhattan office. Liz represents both tenants and owners, providing her with a wholistic market perspective and a nuanced skill set that empower her to deliver exceptional results for her clients.
Featured in Crain’s New York’s annual “20 in their 20s” list and New York Real Estate Journal’s “Ones to Watch”, Liz is recognized as an emerging young professional who is making a mark on the Greater New York City area. As both a client-servicing oriented professional and a strong business developer, Liz is deeply entrenched in the market and experienced in the technical and transactional components of the lease.
As a trusted tenant advisor, Liz represents a diverse array of office occupiers, including law firms, Fortune 500 companies, foundations, and startups to evaluate and execute potential lease renewals, relocations, and disposition/subleases of office space. Liz partners with her clients to understand their business objectives and she thoughtfully aligns real estate strategies to meet these goals.
As a valued landlord and sublandlord representative, Liz has been involved in market-changing and significant leasing and subleasing assignments, representing large institutional owners, privately-owned real-estate development firms and global corporations to dispose of hundred of thousands of square feet.
Liz began her career at CBRE in 2015 in the Wheel Program, a highly selective 14-month rotational platform designed to give selected young professionals a well-rounded foundation in the industry. While in the program, Liz learned the many aspects of the business from CBRE’s most successful professionals in the company.
