Liz Love is a Senior Director and Regional Lead for CBRE’s Advisory & Transaction Services – Account Management Platform. With over two decades of experience, Liz has built a distinguished career delivering innovative, results-driven real estate solutions for Fortune 500 clients across office, industrial, and retail portfolios.
Prior to joining CBRE, Liz held key leadership roles at top-tier firms. She spent a significant portion of her career at JLL, where she served as a Tenant Representation Broker and led strategic initiatives for major accounts including T-Mobile and McDonald’s Corporation. She also served as Managing Director of Brokerage Services for at Transwestern, where she oversaw regional operations and client service delivery.
In her current role at CBRE, Liz leads high-performing teams across the South Region, providing strategic guidance, driving operational excellence, and ensuring exceptional client outcomes in navigating complex real estate challenges.
Liz collaborated closely with BioLife to identify and develop new locations across the Southeast, guiding projects from strategic planning through site selection—whether build-to-suit or retrofitting existing office and retail spaces—through to the successful launch of fully operational facilities.
Liz partnered with Lockheed Martin to identify strategic resources aimed at reducing costs and maximizing space utilization across their Southeastern portfolio, leveraging occupancy planning and management, strategic lease negotiations, and targeted disposition strategies.
