Logan McCullough joins CBRE as an Associate bringing his relentless work ethic and deep understanding of the Santa Monica Multifamily market. Experience in the acquisition and disposition of multifamily assets across the greater Los Angeles region. Alongside John Boyett, and a leading member of the Boyett Team, Logan continues to drive results for his clients, utilizing his vast knowledge of investment real estate to advise his clients so that they may make the best and most judicious decisions with their multifamily properties. Our team has closed over $500 Million in total consideration across more than 100 transactions and growing. Logan began his career at Matthews Real Estate Investment Services in Los Angeles, while he was a in college and finishing his collegiate basketball career. He was able to develop his knowledge of multifamily assets as well as the industry as a whole and learn what it takes to be an exceptional broker for his clients. Logan’s success can be attributed to a deep understanding of pricing strategies, underwriting, and the multifamily market as a whole.
