Logan Mentz is a Senior Transaction Manager for CBRE’s Advisory and Transaction Services Group, specializing in portfolio management and site selection for Fortune 500 companies. With over 11 years of experience at CBRE, Logan has focused on tenant representation and multi-market assignments for major corporate accounts including USPS, Regions Bank, and T-Mobile.
His areas of expertise include site selection, transaction execution, strategic planning, and ongoing portfolio optimization for various property types including retail, office, industrial, and vacant land. Logan has developed a large network of local broker relationships across the country to assist with corporate client requirements including new store growth acquisitions, dispositions, lease renewals, and subleasing.
He currently works with Ace Pickleball Club and Nutrien Ag. Solutions serving as the sole Sr. TM with varying functions on each account. For Ace Pickleball, Logan secures high-profile locations for new pickleball facilities to open across the country ranging from 20,000-50,000 SF focused on retail big box and industrial flex space. For Nutrien Ag. Solutions, Logan specializes in dispositions of agricultural and industrial properties in North and South America for the leading global provider of crop inputs and services.
Outside of work Logan is happily married with two daughters. His family likes to spend their time outside in nature, mountain biking, snowboarding, hiking, golfing, traveling and playing music.
