Lolita Aguirre-Feldman

Lolita is an Associate Project Manager with CBRE Chicago’s Business Transition and Move Management team, where she specializes in identifying, sourcing and implementing move transition needs that consistently deliver value and reliability. She brings a unique blend of client relationship building, understanding and implementing goals, excellent communication and comprehensive planning skills to the Business Transition & Move Management team. For over 25 years, Lolita has worked in Architecture/Design and construction project management, working in all facets of the construction industry ranging from corporate, hospitality, retail, residential, and government entities. Lolita’s role and responsibilities include leading a relocation team, coordinating move team meetings, developing a detailed move scope of work, maintaining schedules, and developing and tracking project budgets.

Lolita has a seasoned skill set in Architecture, Interior Design, and Space Planning. She has lead several complex projects where she handled both the big picture scope as well as all the fine details including preparation of construction documents, building code analysis, permitting & bidding process, material selection FF & E, and equipment & materials procurement. Prior to joining CBRE’s Move Management team, Lolita was a Project Manager for a national pharmacy retail chain, where she managed the day-to-day operations and progress of several projects. Lolita was also a project lead of a local suburban design team, Ridgeland Associates, for over 14 years. She brings an invaluable background to her role in the Business Transition & Move Management team here at CBRE Chicago.
