Associated Office
Lori Laye joined CBRE in 2008 as a Real Estate Services Administrator. During this time, she successfully assisted with the management of six South Florida retail shopping centers totaling 790,000 square feet (SF) located throughout Broward and Palm Beach Counties.
In July 2010, Lori was promoted to Assistant Real Estate Manager after earning her Real Estate License. She then assisted with the management of over 788,000 SF of office and retail space. The majority of her portfolio consisted of neighborhood, community and specialty shops, as well as office space in the LEED Certified Promenade at Coconut Creek.
In August 2012, Lori was promoted to Real Estate Manager and to Senior Real Estate Manager in 2016.
Effective July 1, 2021 Lori was then promoted to General Manager. Within this new role she will oversee the day to day operations of approximately 571,886 in both office and retail space.
In addition to the physical management of the properties, Lori’s responsibilities include daily interaction with property owners, tenants, and vendors; managing and maintaining client communication and satisfaction; lease administration, and coordinating tenant events and marketing. Lori is also responsible for the financial management of the properties, including budgeting and control of operating and capital expenditures.
