Associated Office
Lori Laye joined CBRE in 2008 as a Real Estate Services Administrator. In July 2010, Lori was promoted to Assistant Real Estate Manager after earning her Real Estate License.
In August 2012, Lori was promoted to Real Estate Manager and to Senior Real Estate Manager in 2016.
Effective July 1, 2021 Lori was then promoted to General Manager. Within this new role she will oversee the day to day operations in the Boca Raton Market of approximately 1.2m in office, retail space, and research and development space.
In addition to the physical management of properties, Lori’s responsibilities include daily interaction with employees, property owners, tenants, and vendors; managing and maintaining client communication and satisfaction; lease administration and coordinating tenant events and marketing. Lori is also responsible for the financial management of the properties, including budgeting and control of operating and capital expenditures.
In August of 2022 Lori was promoted to Associate Director and also now oversees the property management operations in Broward and Palm Beach. This includes assisting with the growth within these markets.
