Louise Toovey

Louise, Senior Director of Advisory & Transaction Services in Singapore, has been active in the real estate sector for 12 years and has developed a strong expertise in client management and commercial advisory. Following a Masters in commercial property, Louise began her career at Bruntwood Estates, a large Landlord company in Manchester, UK where she specializing in office leasing and asset enhancement, developing strategies for buildings and attracting large corporate clients to the portfolio. Louise was negotiating high value deals for a portfolio of over 30 buildings made up of 4 million square feet.

Louise has a vast experience in real estate and before joining CBRE spent five years at Knight Frank in Singapore where she led the office team and assisted in winning several new appointments including securing Volvo’s regional head quarters and most recently Marsh & McLennan’s renewal at Asia Square for 90,000 sq ft. Louise has a proven track record undertaking many complex leasing deals including renewals, expansions and relocations.

Louise also has experience in undertaking rent reviews, lease renewal and valuations. Recent clients include Kimberly Clark, Nokia, Volvo, Duane Morris, FireEye and Nomura Bank.
