Having worked with prominent developers such as Sun Hung Kai Properties and Hang Lung Properties, she has developed a deep understanding of the developer perspective, market dynamics, and strategic planning processes.

Her tenure at Fung Business Intelligence under Li & Fung Group provided invaluable experience in analyzing China's commercial and retail sectors, fostering relationships with key stakeholders – including government officials, academics, and industry leaders – and cultivating a nuanced understanding of the evolving business landscape.
