Luisa Gomez

Luisa Gomez has been in the commercial real estate industry since 1994, and joined CBRE as a Real Estate Manager in December 2004. Luisa has successfully managed Dadeland Towers and currently manages SBS Tower in Coconut Grove, Florida. This property is a 21-story Class A high-rise with a seven story attached parking garage and 16 townhouse units. Her responsibilities include physical management of the building, tenant relations, client communication and satisfaction, financial reporting, lease administration, and the direct supervision of four employees.

Prior to joining CBRE, Luisa was the Junior Manager with Scott Robins Companies in charge of the operation and administration of Lincoln Place and The Lincoln, two Class A portfolio properties including two 24 hour parking garages attached in the heart of Miami Beach. Luisa transitioned to Scott Robins Companies from Codina Real Estate Management, where her responsibilities included all building operations, client communication and satisfaction, financial reporting, budgeting, and supervision of building engineers.

Before joining Codina Real Estate Management, Luisa worked for Adler Group, Inc. for five years. She started as a receptionist in the Development Division and ended up as the Property Acquisitions Assistant in the Acquisitions Department. The majority of her time at Adler was in Adler Management Services, assisting the Director of Property Management. Her responsibilities included setting up meetings and deadlines for property managers and compiling property reports, budgets, rent rolls, age receivable reports, and service contracts.
