Associated Office
Luke Hunneke is an Associate within the Midwest Region and is based in the Chicago, Illinois office. Working at CBRE in the Valuation & Advisory Services Group since his internship in 2022, Mr. Hunneke has over four years of real estate appraisal and consulting experience throughout the Midwest.
Mr. Hunneke currently works with a variety of clients on various commercial property types throughout Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana and the greater Chicago MSA. His primary focus is industrial property types that include existing and proposed distribution/warehouses, manufacturing buildings, flex industrial, truck terminals, IOS facilities, proposed business parks, food processing plants, cooler/freezer storage, lumber yards, concrete batching plants, container yards, and portfolio analysis. Additionally, Mr. Hunneke has experience with residential subdivisions, residential condominiums, retail centers, office buildings, multifamily properties, mixed-use projects, net-leased investments, traditional commercial land, self-storage, and other specialty properties.
