Luke Hunneke is an Associate within the Midwest Region and is based in the Milwaukee, Wisconsin office. Working at CBRE in the Valuation & Advisory Services Group since his internship in 2022, Mr. Hunneke has over three years of real estate appraisal and consulting experience throughout the Midwest.
Mr. Hunneke currently works with a variety of clients on various commercial property types throughout Wisconsin and Illinois. His primary focus is retail centers, office buildings, residential subdivisions, residential condominiums, mixed-use projects, and net-leased investments. Additionally, Luke has significant experience with traditional commercial land, multifamily, industrial, and other specialty properties.
