Luke Mccann

Luke McCann, Senior Vice President of Multifamily Investment Sales at CBRE, co-leads the firm’s overall multifamily brokerage efforts in the North Florida market. Luke has more than 8 years of industry experience specializing in existing multifamily assets and development sites in North Florida.

Prior to joining CBRE, Luke was the Vice President of Multifamily Investment Sales at NAI Global, leading the team’s middle-market and land development platform in North Florida. He holds dual bachelor’s degrees in economics and finance from Flagler College and is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of Florida. A Jacksonville native, Luke is a sports enthusiast and actively involved with Mission House, a homeless services center in Jacksonville Beach.
