Luke Moffat has served as President of North Asia, Advisory Services since August 2025. In this role, he oversees all of CBRE’s leasing, sales, debt & structured finance and valuations businesses in Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and Korea.
Luke previously led CBRE’s leasing business (formerly called Advisory & Transaction Services) in Asia Pacific from 2022 to 2025. Luke oversaw more than 2,000 professionals across 15 markets. He developed growth strategies for the Asia Pacific leasing business – including office, retail, industrial & logistics, supply chain, data centers, workplace strategy and consulting – with a focus on strategic recruiting, data superiority, platform excellence and global connectivity.
Prior to this role, Luke was based in Shanghai leading CBRE’s Eastern China business, more than doubling its size. In 2020, Luke had an expanded responsibility leading the Greater China Advisory & Transaction Services business.
