Luke Streng has been assisting clients in commercial real estate since 2008 and has specialized in Retail Services over that time span. Prior to working at CBRE, Luke spent 8 years at Cushman & Wakefield where he grew the retail platform from having no retail exposure to leading as a top producer in 2019. Luke moved to CBRE in 2020 in an effort to assist in the growth of the retail platform in Central Ohio.

Landlord Representation: Marketing, tenant identification, lease negotiation, lease analysis, lease comparison and lease renewals.
Tenant Representation: Site selection, market and sub-market analysis and lease negotiation.

Seller Representation: Site review and financial analysis, site valuation, marketing, buyer identification / qualification and contract negotiation.
