Luke Wilson joined CBRE, Inc. in 2008 and specializes in the sale and leasing of commercial and industrial properties throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.
Mr. Wilson is a vital part of the Baltimore industrial properties team and concentrates on the sale and leasing of industrial and office/warehouse facilities in the Baltimore Metropolitan market, as well as advising tenants in their search for facilities. Over the past five years, he and his team have closed more than 1,100 transactions, totaling over $6.7 billion and 98 million square feet.
With a background in commercial real estate information management and research, Mr. Wilson uses his market knowledge to enhance the decision-making processes of his clients and support their financial and logistical goals.
