Lucas Woodruff, MAI is a Vice President within the CBRE Valuation & Advisory Services team located in our Southeast Division. Mr. Woodruff has been active in the real estate industry since 2005 when he worked under a medical office broker of a full service real estate brokerage company in Atlanta.

Mr. Woodruff has specialized in the valuation and market analyst of acute care and healthcare properties since 2010. Mr. Woodruff has provided valuations on general acute care hospitals, psychiatric and behavioral health facilitates, ambulatory surgical centers, medical office buildings, senior housing communities, and other healthcare oriented property types. Mr. Woodruff had also provided consulting services such as market rent studies, going concern valuations, and highest and best use analysis for national healthcare providers. Mr. Woodruff has worked on over 600 appraisal of healthcare properties including over 250 hospitals and surgery centers, 75 behavioral health/psychiatric facilitates, over 250 medical office buildings, and 50 senior housing properties. Mr. Woodruff has been retained as an expert witness on several property tax assessment matters, for both the property owner and county assessors, as well as other legal cases involving healthcare real estate.

Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Woodruff was a partner, Executive Vice President with OHC Advisors specializing in Acute Care properties.
