Lynn Okamoto

Lynn Okamoto, Associate Director, joined the CBRE team in July 2003. She currently oversees six million sq. ft. of real estate throughout the islands. Lynn has more than 25 years of experience in commercial real estate, including retail, office and industrial. As the Associate Director, Lynn’s responsibilities include new business development, strengthening client relationships, employee recruitment and development and leveraging the CBRE Property Management platform.

Prior to joining CBRE, Lynn worked at Hawaii Omori Corporation, a Japan-owned  company, who developed the 134,000-sq.-ft. Lahaina Cannery Mall, Maui’s only air-conditioned mall. She began her retail career as the Marketing Director for Lahaina Cannery. She was primarily responsible for the formulation, budgeting and administration of all advertising, promotional, merchant and public relations programs. She was later promoted to General Manager, responsible for all aspects of financial performance, operations, tenant relations, lease administration, as well as overseeing the mall renovations, marketing and leasing.
