Lynn Varela

Lynn Varela is the Global Executive Assistant to Thomas Edwards, the Global President of Valuation & Advisory Services (VAS), drawing on nearly 18 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry.

Prior to joining the Global Valuation & Advisory Executive Leadership team, Lynn was a Team Lead for CBRE’s Retail Division. Her attention to detail, organizational skills, and knowledge of the business created efficiencies for a high-producing and multifaceted group of brokers who represented tenants, landlords and properties alike. Lynn applied her expertise across new business development, marketing, and administrative support to strengthen the CBRE brand while delivering exceptional client outcomes.

Prior to CBRE, Lynn was an Executive Assistant at Weitzman supporting the Chairman/CEO, Executive Managing Director plus several senior brokers in the retail brokerage division. While at Weitzman, Lynn was awarded the Award of Excellence and Franchise Player Award for Commitment.

Outside of the office, Lynn enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, traveling, and reading.
