Lynn Varela

Lynn Varela is an Executive Assistant to the global president of Valuation & Advisory Services, drawing on nearly 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry.

Prior to joining the Global Valuation & Advisory team, Lynn was a valued member and Team Lead for CBRE’s retail division. Her attention to detail, organizational skills and knowledge of the business created efficiencies for a high-producing and multifaceted group of brokers who represented tenants, landlords and properties alike. Lynn’s day-to-day expertise was utilized for new business development, marketing, administrative support and more to maximize the quality of the CBRE brand and achieve client satisfaction.

Prior to CBRE, Lynn was an executive assistant at Weitzman supporting the chairman, executive managing director and several senior brokers in the retail brokerage division. While at Weitzman, Lynn was awarded the Award of Excellence and Franchise Player Award for Commitment.

Outside of the office, Lynn enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, traveling, and reading.
