Lynn Varela brings nearly two decades of experience in the commercial real estate industry to her role as Executive Assistant to the Global President of Leasing. Known for her precision, professionalism, and deep industry knowledge, Lynn plays a pivotal role in supporting executive leadership and driving operational excellence.
Before joining the Leasing team, Lynn served as Executive Assistant to the Global President of Valuation & Advisory Services and as Team Lead for CBRE’s Retail Division. Her exceptional skills in calendar management, travel coordination, and organizational strategy contributed to the success of a high-performing team of brokers representing tenants, landlords, and properties. Lynn’s expertise extended beyond administrative support to include new business development and marketing initiatives, all aimed at enhancing the CBRE brand and delivering outstanding client service.
Earlier in her career, Lynn was an Executive Assistant at Weitzman, where she supported the Chairman, Executive Managing Director, and senior brokers in the retail brokerage division. Her dedication and performance earned her the prestigious Award of Excellence and the Franchise Player Award for Commitment.
Outside of work, Lynn enjoys spending quality time with her grandchildren, exploring new destinations, and diving into a good book.
