Macy works alongside Chris Sproles, Andrei Savitski, and Russell Mays to represent office, medical, and flex clients across Central Florida.
Before joining CBRE, she held a hybrid business and engineering role, handling business development, strategic planning, engineering consulting, market research, and national account management for commercial real estate clients.
A mechanical engineer by trade, Macy has worked on projects in energy and power generation, data analytics and predictive modeling, and fire and life safety. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from the University of Central Florida (UCF).
Her technical background gives her a strong understanding of how engineering, medical, and other technical clients operate, and she uses it to guide their real estate decisions.
Medical, ASC, and technical transactions: Completed deals for Cardinal Health, The Oncology Institute, USPI, Gastro Health, and Sono Bello.
National accounts: Managed national account clients and delivered high-volume transactions.
Emerging technology: Completed deals for drone and AI companies, adjusting real estate strategy as regulations on emerging technology shift.
Local business development: Pursued and won work with local companies, from engineering firms such as GEC to medical office clients and physicians relocating or expanding their practices.
