Maggie is an Executive Vice President in CBRE’s Chicago Agency Leasing practice where clients rely on her expertise to maximize the value and performance of their real estate portfolios. Maggie has worked on a variety of high profile office leasing assignments including UBS Tower and Willis Tower in Chicago as well as the Met Life Building in New York.
For more than 18 years, Maggie has worked in every facet of commercial real estate developing a focus in office leasing, asset reinvestment and business development. She is committed to building genuine relationships, based in hard work and trust, and brings a thoughtful perspective that has been shaped by years of navigating complex assets and transactions.
Prior to joining CBRE, Maggie spent seven years with the Irvine Company leasing its office portfolios in Chicago and New York. Prior to her roll with the Irvine Company Maggie worked in third party leasing for JLL and the Telos Group.
Maggie currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Rolfe Pancreatic Cancer Foundation. Maggie joined the Foundation in 2008 when she founded the Rolfe Young Professionals Board for which she served as both President and Treasurer. The Rolfe Foundation’s mission is to provide personal support to those affected by Pancreatic Cancer through tailored resources, connections and education, and funding for early detection research.

Achievements
- Maggie was named Office Property Representative of the Year in 2017 for her work with Blackstone / Equity Office and the $600 million redevelopment of Willis Tower where she leased more than 500,000 square feet to bring the building to 92% occupancy.
