Associated Office
Maggie Lehmkuhl-Welch specializes in office transactions. Maggie’s focus will be on tenant and landlord representation for office users in the Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky area.
Maggie began her career at CBRE in 2014 as a researcher where she played a central role in gathering and preparing data and analyzing documents. Maggie transitioned to Client Services in 2015 where she assisted the office team with marketing efforts, showings and deal negotiations.
Maggie earned her Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Northern Kentucky University in 2013. She also served as an intern at Furlong Building Enterprises and Strategic Advisors LLC where she conducted marketing research for various municipal and private construction projects. In addition, Maggie serves on the young professional’s board for DCCH Center for Children and Families.
