Professional Experience
Mai Vo is Director of Retail Services at CBRE Vietnam, leading the firm’s retail advisory, marketing, and leasing services nationwide. Since joining CBRE in 2019, she has been responsible for setting strategic direction and overseeing the delivery of integrated retail solutions. With over 20 years of experience in Vietnam’s real estate market, Mai has advised a broad portfolio of domestic and international clients across multiple sectors, with particular expertise in the luxury retail sector.
Before CBRE, Mai built a strong track record in sales, marketing, and property development, holding senior roles with Capital Land (Somerset) in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, as well as Managing Director of a property development company within TCT Group. She also served as Executive Assistant to the Group Chairman and contributed to the expansion of the Group’s retail and franchise businesses.
Mai joined Cushman & Wakefield (Ho Chi Minh City) in 2011 and was promoted to Business Development Manager in 2012, where she focused on identifying and developing business opportunities across service lines. Her experience includes several landmark retail and market-entry transactions, such as the first Starbucks store in Vietnam, Hard Rock Café’s master franchise entry into Cambodia, and market-entry consultancy for Krispy Kreme in Myanmar.
