Mamadou Baldé is Senior Managing Director and the Market Leader for CBRE Greater Philadelphia. In this role, he oversees all business operations for all Greater Philadelphia Advisory Service lines of business, including leasing, sales, valuations, debt and structured finance, and property management. His leadership spans six offices, including Philadelphia Downtown, Philadelphia Suburban, Allentown, Harrisburg, Mt. Laurel, and Wilmington, covering Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware.
Mamadou joined CBRE in 2021 as Managing Director and Market Leader for Greater Pittsburgh, where he was responsible for all day-to-day operations, real estate sales, and office personnel throughout Pittsburgh and Charleston.
Prior to CBRE, Mamadou held senior leadership roles at Fulani Millwork, Inc., contributed to affordable housing initiatives at ACTION-Housing, and served as Vice President at Colliers, where he advised corporate clients on leasing strategies, market dynamics, and financial analysis. He is a graduate of Liberty University School of Law and previously practiced law at a regional firm in Pittsburgh.
