Marc Barlow has specialized in office brokerage in Louisville since 1993. Prior to commercial real estate, his background includes two years in public accounting with PriceWaterhouseCoopers and nine years in banking. As the sales and leasing manager for a local developer, Marc leased space and directed the marketing for several high profile class A properties in Suburban Louisville. He has played a key role in the lease and/or sale of several properties for clients in Louisville and the surrounding area.
Landlord agency has been the focus of Marc’s real estate practice at CBRE. He has advised clients on leasing and retention strategy to consolidate value in the owner’s portfolio of class A and B properties in the suburbs and central business district. In addition, Marc has directed the leasing, management and ultimately the disposition of class A office properties for Allstate, GE Capital and Pro Serve, a consortium of professional athlete investors. Marc and the CBRE office properties team rank first in the market among third-party brokerage firms for annual sales volume and total transactions.
