Marc Magliarditi is a First Vice President specializing in tailored real estate solutions for owners and investors of office assets in Las Vegas, Nevada. With over a decade of industry experience, Marc has an impressive track record of executing on innovative, value-driven strategies that consistently deliver successful outcomes for his clients. His expertise includes local and national site selection, lease negotiation, acquisitions and dispositions. Marc began his career with a regional real estate development and investment company. With this experience Marc provides a unique perspective on real estate opportunities and a comprehensive understanding of how to leverage local market dynamics to maximize value. He is also one of only 12 professionals in Southern Nevada that hold both the CCIM and SIOR designations.
Prior to joining CBRE, Marc served as a Senior Vice President with Logic Commercial Real Estate, where he specialized in office sales and leasing.
