Marc Poggiolo is a Vice President with CBRE’s Valuation and Advisory Services team and has been actively engaged in real estate appraisals and consulting since 2013. Mr. Poggiolo’ s professional experience in real estate appraisal has been concentrated in the Southeast Region. His primary geographical location is the State of Tennessee. Mr. Poggiolo’ s has experience providing valuations as well as, market studies, and rent analysis.
Marc is primarily focused on multifamily valuation and consulting for mortgage lenders, banks, investment funds, developers, institutional owners and private owners. He specializes in all multifamily types including garden-style, mid-rise, high-rise, mixed-use, student housing, affordable housing, and single-family build-for-rent communities. He also has experience in industrial properties consisting of distribution and manufacturing warehouses, flex warehouses, single- and multi-tenant office buildings, as well as retail properties (net-lease, neighborhood centers, community centers. His appraisals and consultations have been used in connection with financing, real estate portfolio valuations, feasibility studies, mergers and acquisitions, financial reporting, and insurable replacement cost studies. Marc’s clients range from lenders, corporate owners, and institutional investors. Mr. Poggiolo began his career in the CBRE Detroit office in 2013.
