As a Senior Vice President at CBRE, Marc Rampulla co-leads the Government Investment Properties practice. This practice specializes in the sale of properties occupied by government tenants. Mr. Rampulla and his team work with owners and investors throughout the country. He is an expert in all facets of the sales cycle, performing asset valuations, advisory and marketing services and dispositions.
Mr. Rampulla has over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate. Prior to joining CBRE, he worked at JLL, similarly focusing on the sale of assets with government tenancy. Mr. Rampulla began his career at the Trammell Crow Company. After CBRE’s acquisition of Trammell Crow, he continued working with CBRE for 11 years. He currently serves as a contributing editor for the Journal of Government Real Estate.
Mr. Rampulla graduated from American University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and holds an MBA from George Washington’s School of Business.
