Marc Trevisan

Marc rejoined CBRE in 2021 as a Senior Vice President after a successful career at Cushman & Wakefield as an Executive Managing Director. Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, Marc had a successful career at ESG/Insignia and CBRE where he was the top producer in the state in 2005. He is a tenant representation specialist with a strong background representing large corporations and professional services firms. He is active in industry events and is constantly developing new strategies to enable his clients to minimize exposure and maximize value.

Marc has represented several national and multi-national companies as well, meeting their needs on a local, national and global level. Recent assignments include Prinova, Mercury Lighting Headquarters and Vertice.

Marc currently lives in Ridgewood, New Jersey with his wife and three children.

Marc has been recognized by Gale/Mack-Cali as a “Broker of the Year” on seven occasions. He has received similar awards from Advance, Normandy, NJBiz and Costar. NAIOP deal of the year finalist 2015, and winner in 2017 and 2018.
