Marco Rancourt’s career in property management reaches back 30 years, and his work experience includes industrial, commercial and residential properties across New England. In his current role as Regional Manager on the Bank of America account, Mr. Rancourt is responsible for all bank properties in the New England Region, which encompasses Connecticut, Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Vermont. Mr. Rancourt leads a team of 17 property management professionals overseeing nearly 1,000 locations across 6 million sq. ft., and administering an R&M budget of $3 million.

Since joining CBRE in 2000, Mr. Rancourt’s performance has been recognized many times and has led to positions of successively greater responsibility. He started as a Facility Manager overseeing 350,000 sq. ft. of Fleet Bank space, which later became Bank of America, in New Hampshire and Northeastern Massachusetts. In 2003, Mr. Rancourt was promoted to Regional Manager and was responsible for the oversight of a 2 million-sq.-ft. portfolio across three states.

In 2004, Mr. Rancourt joined Trammell Crow Company as the Northern New England Regional Manager. He was in charge of seven property managers across New Hampshire, Maine and Massachusetts. He also had additional responsibilities, such as transition and integration issues, expanded construction and capital project management, accounts payable and receivable management.

Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Rancourt managed six condominium complexes with over 1000 units for Great North Property Management. He also served as General Manager and generated $3 million in sales for Artistic Home Sales/Accurate Management Company, and worked in a variety of roles for Matriarch, Inc.
