Marco Spinelli, MAI, MRICS

Marco Spinelli is a professional with over 15 years of real estate appraisal and consulting experience. He began his real estate career in 2003 with CBRE Valuation & Advisory Services in Milan, Italy and transferred to the US Valuation & Advisory Services in April of 2007. Mr. Spinelli is currently an Executive Vice President in the CBRE New York office in the Northeast Region. His primary geographical location is New York City.

Since 2007, Mr. Spinelli specializes in the valuation of office buildings, luxury residential projects, development sites and air rights in Manhattan. He has extensive experience providing real estate appraisals, advisory engagements, appraisal reviews, arbitration/litigation support, market studies and rent analyses for commercial real estate in New York and Tri-State region.

Mr. Spinelli’s expertise encompasses a wide variety of property types including full and partial interest appraisals of investment grade office buildings, multi-tenant retail developments, high-rise residential buildings and condominium developments. His expertise also includes legal support for arbitrations, damages due to loss of income, cash flow disputes, determination of market rents. Clients include both USbased and international financial institutions, developers and individual and corporate property owners.
