Maria Quinn is the Facilities Director on the State Street Corporation Account based in Boston, MA. State Street’s global portfolio is eight million square feet, with $19 million in global revenue, and a $4.6 million EBITDA.
In her role, she manages and supervises Facility Managers in North America responsible for six million square feet. She is responsible for development of annual budgets, capital plans and monthly financial reporting, ensuring operational compliance Service Level Agreements per the management contract. She oversees service providers, contract compliance, and the call center, making sure it meets customer satisfaction and SLA goals.
Maria works closely with the Alliance Director in implementing strategies for portfolio, and securing new business lines.
