Mariana Lang is a Managing Director and Regional Lead for CBRE’s Advisory & Transaction Services Center of Excellence (COE). With 13+ years of experience, she actively uses her specialized knowledge of the commercial real estate industry, healthcare, and automobile industries to deliver services to her clients. She has worked for several companies, including CBRE, Salesforce and JLL, focusing on integrated commercial real estate end-to-end service delivery solutions.

As a leader of the COE, Mariana focuses on delivering centralized transaction management solutions that are scalable, flexible, and ensure consistent client outcomes through a rigorous continuous improvement mindset, trainings, and intentional talent management.

She previously led portfolio strategy and transactions and lease administration for Salesforce’s Global Real Estate portfolio, focusing on creating leasing strategies, developing solutions, analyzing scenarios, and overseeing transactions while managing a global team.

Mariana is a bi-lingual (German and English) commercial real estate professional with a global perspective. Having lived in Germany, Poland, China, and the USA, she brings a deep understanding of diverse markets and cultures.
