Marie specializes in retail leasing and sales, representing both landlords and tenants in the Bay Area, and has over 25 years of experience in multiple product types, including office, R&D and industrial.
Prior to joining CBRE, Marie served as Vice President at Meacham/Oppenheimer Inc., where she focused primarily on landlord representation and leasing strategy, and also represented national, regional and local tenants; supermarkets, retailers and restaurants. Marie also has expertise in sales transactions of assets ranging from retail shopping centers and leased investments to owner/user commercial properties.
