Associated Office
Marie Ikizler currently holds the position of Director in the Atlanta office of CBRE, where she is responsible for the supervision and training of over 30 professionals across the Southeast U.S. division. Ms. Ikizler has been active in the commercial real estate field since 2007, engaging in the analysis and valuation of assets on a local and regional basis and serving a broad range of clients including owners, developers, commercial and investment banks, insurance companies and REITs.
Her primary areas of expertise include hospitality (full, select and limited service hotels), retail (shopping centers, power centers, single tenant, restaurants, retail strip centers, mall assets), industrial (distribution, warehouse, flex), office (condos, medical, general), multifamily and specialty use properties (car wash, auto dealerships, golf courses). Ms. Ikizler also has experience providing expert witness court testimony.
Ms. Ikizler is also an active member of the Atlanta chapter of the Appraisal Institute where she serves as a board member.

- Bachelor degree in Real Estate from the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia
