Marina R. Hodge, MAI

Mrs. Hodge has been active in the appraisal of senior housing and healthcare facilities since 2014. Her experience includes valuation and feasibility assignments of various healthcare properties including skilled nursing, assisted living, memory care, independent living and acute-care hospital facilities throughout the United States.

She has been active in real estate appraisal since 1999. In addition to appraising senior housing and healthcare facilities, her experience includes the valuation of office, multifamily, light industrial, retail shopping centers, special use properties, subdivisions, condominium development, timberland and vacant land. Interests appraised include fee simple, leased fee and leasehold.

She has completed appraisal and consultation assignments for a variety of uses including financing, estate valuation and eminent domain proceedings. Mrs. Hodge has been qualified as an expert witness in right-of-way dispute resolution.

Prior to joining CBRE, Mrs. Hodge was a senior consultant at Valuation & Information Group (VIG), a leading provider of appraisal and market feasibility services for senior housing and healthcare real estate throughout the United States.
