Mario Tarantino serves as Marketing Lead for the San Diego region, where he oversees the local marketing program in support of business pursuits, client relationships, and brand development across digital and experiential channels. In partnership with brokers, he shapes content and design for high impact proposals and presentations, orchestrates social and email campaigns, and aligns event strategy to business development goals.

Since joining CBRE in 2021, Mario has progressed from Marketing Coordinator to Client Services Supervisor and now Marketing Lead. In these roles he has led market level campaigns and thought leadership distribution, implemented KPI driven optimization using Salesforce marketing tools, and coached team members while refining processes to improve throughput and quality. He previously managed a 32 person operations and marketing team, driving operational efficiency and client service improvements.

Prior to CBRE, Mario led social and paid digital programs at a local advertising firm. There, he planned and executed multi platform campaigns, created cross channel content in partnership with creative teams, and optimized spend and ROI through ongoing performance analysis.
