Marisa Clayton joined CBRE in 2007, and is currently the Regional Director of Operations for the Northwest, responsible for managing the business operations for multiple offices and departments across Washington, Oregon, Northern California and Hawaii, with primary responsibilities including Finance, Human Resources, Facilities Management, Information Technologies, Personnel Management and Marketing. In this role, Marisa oversees strategic planning, revenue and expense budgeting, forecasting, local transaction accounting, brokerage services and staff development.
Before joining CBRE, Marisa was Administration Manager for Colliers International for 18 years where she was responsible for the business operations management for three Puget Sound area offices.
Marisa has over 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry.
