Marisa specializes in landlord and tenant high street retail leasing with an additional focus on national business development. Her thoughtful and curated approach to merchandising is key to achieving client’s goals.

Marisa began her career working on the brand side of the luxury fashion industry, from Prada to Michael Kors and many in between. Her intimate understanding of a brand’s DNA and desires ultimately lead her to commercial real estate representation.

A California native, she finds herself back in Los Angeles after years in New York and Dallas which further add to her knowledge of both the local and national markets. Marisa holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Southern Methodist University and resides in Los Angeles. License #: CA - 02178774
