Marissa joined CBRE’s Urban Group as an Associate in 2021. Marissa received a Master of Science in Management degree from Southern Methodist University, Cox School of Business. Marissa also received her undergraduate degree from SMU Cox School of Business, where she concentrated in Real Estate Finance. During her time at SMU, Marissa was a part of the Folsom Institute for Real Estate Club, and was an intern for the brokerage team at Greysteel. Prior to joining CBRE, Marissa was first exposed to retail and project leasing when she worked as a summer intern for a brokerage firm out of New York. Marissa is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the state of Texas and a member of Texas Real Estate Council (TREC) and International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
