Marissa Stave is an Associate on CBRE's Dallas Urban retail team, specializing in landlord and tenant representation in the city's vibrant urban core. Her deep understanding of industry trends, meticulous attention to detail, and commitment to achieving exceptional client outcomes are vital to the team's success. Over the past four years, Marissa has played a pivotal role in closing more than $119 million in retail transactions. Her achievements have earned her recognition through the national Rising Star and Rookie of the Year awards at CBRE, as well as through a Young Citizens Award nomination by the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors.
Marissa’s educational background is equally impressive. She holds a Master of Science in Management degree from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University (SMU), where she also completed her undergraduate studies with a focus on Real Estate Finance. During her time at SMU, she was actively involved with the Folsom Institute for Real Estate Club and gained valuable experience as an intern with Greysteel's brokerage team. Additionally, she furthered her exposure to the retail and project leasing sector during a summer internship at a brokerage firm in New York City.
