Mark Cassata

Mark Cassata is an Executive Vice President with CBRE’s office occupier business and co-leads a large tenant-only advisory team based in Downtown Chicago. In 2024, Mark was recognized as one of Crain's Chicago "40 Under 40" members as one of the top young leaders in Chicago. In 2023, Mark was recognized as the “Office Broker of the Year” at the Chicago Commercial Real Estate Awards, one of the youngest winners since its founding over 35 years ago. Mark has been directly involved in over 5,000,000 square feet in office transactions with consideration more than $4.0B, including some of the most significant individual transactions in Chicago history. These transactions include advising Salesforce as the anchor tenant to build Salesforce Tower Chicago, a 515,000 square foot lease, along with the representation of Chicago Public Schools in their Downtown Headquarters renegotiation for over 256,000 square feet.
