Mr. Clayton is the head of the Development & Project Management team in New England and is currently the Executive Managing Director, where he provides the following services for all commercial, retail and industrial projects within the New England region: site search, strategic property valuation, adaptive reuse analysis, due diligence, land acquisition, land development, permitting and approvals, project cost estimating, construction management and development management.
The Development & Project Management team has developed 4.1 MSF of commercial, R&D, industrial, student housing, medical, hospitality and student housing space and managed over 2.2 MSF of projects for clients such as Quest and Fresenius.
